Bone-in Portioned or Half Hams

Our hams have a one-of-a-kind taste and are cured with natural ingredients like honey, brown sugar and maple syrup. Cook’s Bone-In Whole, Skinless Shankless and Semi-Boneless Hams are fully cooked and ready to eat, and may be served cold or heated as directed below. If frozen, thaw ham in refrigerator 2 to 3 days.

Heating ham

  1. Heat oven to 325ºF. Remove all packaging materials (including clear ‘button’ on bone of ham). Place ham, cut side down, on rack in shallow roasting pan; cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  2. Heat approximately 10 to 15 minutes per pound until heated through.
  3. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
